to be honest i recovered my own. It turned out great and flush! are you looking to do your own?

Well I use an upholstery glue and I stretch new vinyl over it do some cutting and any holes or cracks In the dash pad I fill in with a bondo like stuff then wait for it to dry and sand it down then apply the glue section at a time and stretch the vinyl then staple on the back side of the dash pad. I have always been into sewing and upholstery though

PG Classic sells them new (and cheap!). I bought one for my Duster from them. It is nice, has the same steal core, foam construction like the original.
