Hey members, I have 2 boxes (looks like the 2 piece 67-72 a/c, boxes) and the dates seem to be 10/7/65 and 5/15/66. I bought a A/C parts lot from a local guy who bought them not knowing what they were either. I'm using the 10,000 day calendar but must be doing something wrong, makes no sense to me. Thanks, dates read 1532A and 1752B.

Chrysler used different types of date codes. 1532 means 153th day of 1972 which was June 1,1972. 1752 means 175th day of 1972 which was June 23, 1972.

Def looks like the heater/AC box I refurbished out of my '72. You wouldn't happen to have a spare heater box front half would you? Its the part with the passenger fresh air door in it. Mine had a hole in it that I patched with fiberglass patch. It'll work but I'm always on the lookout for one that I can use to replace it.

Thanks, townsend, now I have two 72 a/c boxes and one 72 non a/c box I don't need. All I wanted was the underhood stuff from a local guy and he gave me every a/c part he had. Could't say no.

are all those two peice a/c boxes interchangeable, i have a 69 ac box that i want to install in my 71 duster, not sure if it will work, also i dont know what kind of car the 69 box came out of. is there a way to determine that?

The 2-piece A/C boxes I have are for 67-72 A bodies. The dash controls may be different for some years, I believe. Others here may help you with that. Start a thread in the A/C & heater section, a lot of knowledgeable people on FABO. Good luck
