The best bet is to buy a new chrome pair and have them powder coated blue. The chrome ones are different than the aluminum ones but will do the job...the blue DC ones are very rare

I would entain purchase of a nice set of blue anodized Moroso valve covers too.

Use Ceracoat to get the desired finish. Not sure powder coating will come out with that anodised look .
