I'm going to run this pair of Direct Connection valve covers and am looking for the grommets to fit them. Mancini sells them here for $40 but I can't bring myself to spend $40+ shipping for two rubber grommets. The breather hole measures 1.435" and the PCV is .910".

I plan on using this this style breather.

Anyone have an alternative? Thanks is advance!

I think....not 100% positive that Mancini is likely reselling those breathers from Trans-Dapt, which means you could buy that style breather from Summit or others for $12 INCLUDING the grommets.

The Trans-Dapt breathers don't come with a grommet. The Moroso breather pictured above DOES come with a grommet but it fits the smaller 1.25" hole.

I see...its a bit of a crap shoot which ones do and dont come with the grommets....and the 1.22 hole is by far the popular one. You can buy those grommets alone for very cheap.... im going to have to dig thru my stash and try to see how i solved that in the past, if at all correctly. Dorman has some mopar grommets too, but it looks like maybe all are PCV.

I think they take the OE grommets. And I'm pretty sure they're still available from your Chrysler dealer. I bought some a few years ago. I'll look and see if I can find or look up the part numbers.

The pictured Direct Connection valve covers, part number P4120608, et.al. use regular production PCV valve and crankcase breather grommets. The original style grommet fits the pictured crankcase breather, like the Direct Connection number P4120446, or a chrome version of Chrysler part number 4273322.

The original PCV valve grommet is Chrysler number 3751510 (replaces 2536926). The crankcase breather grommet is Chrysler number 2946079. Both are still available from Chrysler.

Try Rock Auto. Those are OEM covers, chromed.
