I believe the VO8 is a deletion code (ends in 8) but I don't know what for. Probably a stripe. "U" means its a "sold" car

V08 Means a non recomended color/top/trim combination. In this case, the V1W (White) top was not recommended with the HL4 exterior and F4L3 (Parchement) interior.

"U" means it was built for sale in the United States.
