Decode help on 67 Barracuda fender tag

Looked through as many previous post amd web sites I could find related to fender tag decoding and learned a lot. However I still have info on mine that I can't get confirmed. Heres what I need help with or confirmed...

Under the capitol ABC codes...
M2 = ?
R1 I understand is AM radio
S1 = ?
T4 I understand is vacuum gauge
X1 = ? (I understand X2 is tinted windows but don't know what X1 is)

Under small abc codes...
b4 = ?

Also question on the date code on bottom line of fender tag...
If it says B23 I understand that is November of the prior year not February of the current year (i.e., November 23, 1966 not February 23, 1967; it would be 223 for February 23 1967). Is this correct?

My understanding M2 is a production line code that is not related to options
S1 = 411 = AC
X1 = 521 = Tinted all
X2 = 522 = Windshield only
b4 = 564 = Bucket Seats
B23 = November 23, 1966

Bumpers were missing on the car so no way to physically verify.

The M2 should be the plant it was built at, which would be Hamtramck Michigan.
The small b with a 4 beneath it is buckets, if you have a 6 under the small a then that is console.
