so what it looks like is stock rods and no name pistons.... oh great
anyone use or heard of silvolite pistons?

Silvolite cast pistons and stock rods Should be fine at 400hp. 5,500 rpms with cleaned up heads, bolt on's and upgraded hydraulic cam should be fine. They wont take any juice but you could build a decent street engine around them if you wanted to. If you really want in the 450hp or more range you might as well go forged so you have some cushion for a little more power down the road.
