Here's one for you guys, where can i find a set of defroster vents for a 71/72 scamp? Do they make reproductions I've looked around but to no avail, I've yet to find some. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if i remember correctly i have seen them at year one and other resto. places. i even seen a few on ebay

Unless you can afford to pay for the parts and not receive them, buy from Jim's. They have a brutal rep for either shipping the wrong stuff or not shipping at all. They are the east coast equivalent to Laysons.

i dont think anyone has anything good to say about jims. maybe a stickey post with a warning on the real bad outfits.

yea and laysons was tempting cause they're just minutes away from me.
I used a card on jims and the bank says we gotta wait until i don't get the product before i can do anything.
It did bother me when i ordered, I didn't get a total with tax, they never said how much shipping would be and after i sent the order I didn't get a confirmation number or anything and that made me nervous instantly but what could I do?
Well I live and learn and never order from them if it goes bad.
