Defroster duct hoses

Are there clips or some type of retainers that keep the duct hose attached to the grille ? The hose seems to slip off. I can't get it to stay on.

On my 67s there were clips at the top end. They clipped around the edge of the hose and just kind of dug into the plastic and made them harder to pull off. They don't fit at all on the replacement ducts you can buy now — the rubber is too thick.

It's a 68 B body. Are the clips available anywhere?

Hmm. Maybe there's a few on my 66 Valiant I can steal. No heater in that car!
