Demon 500cfm 2 bbl carb?

almost new, picked it up thinking I might try it on a stock 225. just wondering if that would be feasible or should I offer it for sale.?? I am not a boy racer but I lie to feel a little more power than stock "sometimes".......if I ever rebuild a 225 for one of my herd that is way too big anyway, it would simply get more compression and better cam.

try it and let us know - a carb swap is so easy, why not give it whirl!?

500 cfm is overkill for a stock 225. It's a good upgrade if you upgrade everything else.

ya know how it is, I have more cars and irons in the fire than time and energy! I have 4 slants cars , 3 run, all have stock mostly wore out engines! ha... been working on a 67 Bel1 post car I want to put a big block in. well guy comes by 2 weeks ago to pick up an 440 block and sees it. wants me to price it. I tell him i would like to sell off 2-3 cars but I want the Bel !~ ha,,,,,,,, if I could sell off a few earely A bodies! if! ha.
yep I figure that carb would only work if I have a fresh and probably better compression. probably will just ad it for sale. a stock 2 bbl would be good enough for me no doubt. but it is pretty! just wondering if anyone has used such....
