I have been thinking about trying a demon 625 carb on my 360. Are these any easier to adjust than the regular Holley carbs? I know they are designed similiar but I haven't had much luck with holley carbs. Always seem to be blowing power valves and such. I have run Edelbrocks on my last couple of cars. Looking for some input. Thanks all.

They are no easier to adjust than a Holley. Depending on which model Holleys you have been using the Demon may have more things that can adjusted but the higher end Holleys will have the screw in air bleeds, and emulsion jets.

Also, any Holley made in the past 10 years or so will have power vlave blow out protection just like the Demon carbs.

Demon rates there carbs differently than Holley, they are wet flow rated so that 625 Demon is equivalent to something in the 675 range from Holley.
