Demon Matte Black hood paint

My Demon's going for paint next week, and I want to paint the hood matte black. I plan to paint the entire hood matte black instead of just the regular demon paint with the stripes around the perimeter of it. What paint should I use to do this?

I like Dupont's Hot Rod Black, although some claim it's not quite flat enough. I like it because it's durable and cleans easily.

I just had mine done. PPG #DCC9355 is the color. It is an enamel. It matched my stripes perfectly.
