Demon rear bezels

Can anyone tell me if the 72 demon rear tail light bezel are just bare metal? On the back side. Thanks KB9GIB

Are you talking about the pot metal tail light housing? There’s no bezel, just a plastic lens that sits in a metal housing.

Yes I’m talking about the tail light housing that’s seen in the trunk. I’m thinking it didn’t have any paint but just checking before I put them back in thanks for all information.KB9GIB

They’re not painted. They’re a factory pot metal casting and were originally just bare metal. The factory pot metal is zinc based so it doesn’t rust.

The housings on my 71 Demon are natural cast pot metal.
