I know the restarted "Funny Pictures" because Joey said that it got too big for something to handle. Maybe that's what happened to "My Luck". Who knows about these sites these days.

@Mark Wainwright started a My Luck 3 thread. I don't know why #2 would have gotten deleted. I didn't see anything recently that was a problem.
