Howdy folks,
I need to purchase my brake and fuel lines. I have a '72 Duster, was /6 manual drums. Putting in a 318 and power discs from a '75 Duster. I am also swapping out the 7 1/4 rear for an M body 8 1/4. In looking at the run of the brake lines, they appear to be the same. In looking at the catalogs though they always list up to '72, then '73 and then a '74 - particularly with the front to rear line. What is the difference? Which one do I need?
Thanks,
C

Up until '73 the rear brake hose screwed into a block on the rear end. After '73 the hose had the block crimped onto the end of the hose as a unit and the fitting for the hard line was different. Order a set of lines for a '72 since that is what you have and the fittings will be correct for what you are using.
