My son was asking online the difference between a 65 Valiant and a 73. I don't have anything here to look it up, so i thought i would come to the experts here.

The '65 has a 106" wheel base and Valiants from '67 - '73 had a 108" wheel base. This is about all I know. I don't know the overall body lengths and widths.

And allot more room between the shock towers for the motor.

These specs are for the 67 - 76

Wheelbase

Coupe (Duster/Demon/Dart Sport) 108"
Hardtop (Swinger/Scamp) 111"
Sedan (4 door) 111"

Overall length in the same order

Length
192.5"
196.2"
196.2"

I'll see if I can dig up the early A.

This is according to OldRide.com

The first generation Valiant rode on a 106.5 in wheelbase. Redesigned in 1963 with a ½ in shorter, 106 in wheelbase.

So there you have it, Google is your friend.

My 65 Valiant Signet Wheelbase is 111 inches..

That's because it is a Canadian Valiant which is built on the Dart platform, I forgot about the Canadian cars.
