different steering wheels- 1968 dart?

I have been looking at a lot of 68 darts on this site and have not seen a steering wheel like mine. The has a ring for the horn that goes the whole way around the steering wheel. I have seen a lot of wheels where the ring goes 2/3 of the way around. Is this something that is rare?
