Looks like it has the Sway Bar Mount Holes in it for the '73 up Sway Bar too!

Yeah It turned out good. Cleaned it up and primerd and painted it. So I got $135 in it counting paint. Even shot it with some good rustoleum paint. It would be nice if it has the sway bar mounts I already put it away so I cant get another picture.

They all have the holes whether the car had a swaybar or not .

What year is the car this piece is going in ? 73 up swaybar is different that 72 down and you need the correct lower control arms .
 
It's going in to a 72 Scamp John. I know I need the sway bar and different LCA that will come when I have more money or find them really cheap.
 
i think its a better way than schumakers. you get spool mounts and much better sway bar if you decide to use one. i just saw what looked like and un used dc k frame with nos mounts for 100 or b/o at a show. i thought that was a great deal. you can get poly inserts for the factory c body mounts if you have the right ones, or a guy from nj is always selling nos mounts on ebay for like 35 bucks a pair. i bought a set from him.
 
Yeah mine look like they need new rubbers. Got a Ebay name for him? I tried searching for some last night and came up with not much.
 
its been a few years but the guy told me he has thousands of them and i know i saw them not too long ago. i dont rememeber his name maype centraljerset auto parts or something. not much help.

Where can you get poly inserts? As far as I know the correct mounts for this app are the 74-78 Ca body big block engine mount.

The schumacker mounts now come with a ploy lock which would probably never blow apart. Im thinking if you have the older style mounts like me,Id just anchor the driver side motor with a torque strap.
 
energy makes them i put them in but never got to drive the car. i hear they transmit a good amount of vibration. something to consider.

If you have the 72 down stuff all you need to do is drill the holes on the front edge of the K and you can use it .
 
Yeah John I have found a parts car for $200 bucks I think IM going to go get. It is a 74 Dart has all the front end parts I need.

Did you read the URL? The BBD Tech Pages are still there. They just aren't linked from the new site yet. Do a Google search to find them. Type this into Google, and then click the "repeat the search with the omitted results included" link. Do not include the quotes:
