Disc Brake Conversion question

Bought a conversion kit to disc brakes for the rear of my 68 Valiant. None of the brackets line up to the axle housing. What are my options?

Might want to say what rear axle you have and what kit you bought. Because there are several rear axles and several rear disc kits you could have.

You probably have a 7.25" rear axle and I believe that most all the rear disc kits are for 8.75 and Dana
