Disc Brake Conversion?

G'day All,
My 71 Demon 340 was restored in USA in 2009 but unfortunately they didn't convert the drum brakes to discs. This I wish to do but here in Oz my local brake shop is saying it's hard to do with converting Aussie/Chrysler stuff to American/Chrysler stuff.
I have a friend going over to you America at the end of Aug on a shopping trip, (cars & parts etc.) & was wondering if someone there sells these brake conversion kits to help me.

Or you could just buy the conversion plates and buy all the remaining parts at home. I believe the brackets allow you to use Chevy calipers and Toyota rotors, which should be easy to find in your country. Check out their site for details.
