Disc Brakes dragging?

'74 Dart with discs...

When I got the car it had been sitting for a couple of years and the front brakes were basically locked. Replacing the rubber hoses took care of that, but I'm still not sure they are releasing fully.

The only thing I've worked with the last few years is my '65 Chrysler which has front drums, so how much drag is normal with discs?

Properly working discs should have a very light drag on them. If the car sat up for a couple of years the calipers sliding surfaces could be rusted causing the problem, or could actually be gunked up inside the caliper piston bore.
