This came off of a mid-70's mopar, 73 is what I am thinking. The lines look useable. I do not remember specifically which car it came off of. Look the pics over and let me know if you have any questions.

Looks like the black plastic insulator on the brake light warning switch is missing.

And that the valve has been opened up, the copper sealing washer is just kind of floating there.

A rebuild kit can be bought from MCR, they also have step by step instructions....

The aftermarket proportioning valves In-Line Tube sells are absolute junk.
