Disk Brake Spindle Question

I have a 73 Duster with shot disk brake spindle.
I found a pair of used disk brake spindles from a 71 dart on ebay and I was wondering if they would work on my duster...or if I would need to change ball joints and/or upper control arms?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Negative.
In 73 they went to one-piece 10 7/8" diameter rotors.These one piece rotors used different wheel bearings and steering knuckles(spindles),so rotors and steering knuckles cannot be interchanged.Look for 73-76.
