Do I need a nitrous converter?

On the other hand.....this can happen with transbrake use.

I had a friend with a 75 dry shot on a Fox Rustang. He ballooned a stock FMX converter running slicks and 3.27 gears.

With the power you are throwing at it you do not need a nitrous convertor.

If it can take the full hit right out of the gate and you don't have to use a nitrous controller or activate it after your 1st or 2nd shift, the only thing you may see is a little higher flash on the stall speed which won't hurt anything.

I have no comment after reading this.... /thread

That’s why u get a converter built for use with a trans brake. Well except for 70aarcuda. Kim
The busted up one was one that i had laying around. The custom munsinger transbrake converter i replaced it with was two tenths and four mph better,....in the eighth.
