Special one, but you can rig up one as long it it won't bind and can have a bit of play and still stay tight.

Just go to Ace Hardware, buy a bushing, cut it down, to go through pedal- good to go.
I believe it also has a self locking nut.
I think the diameter of the bolt is exactly enough to spin in the pedal and actuator rod but not small enough to **** or bind.
It looks like a seat belt bolt with a shallow, radiused head, but the shaft diameter is larger.
Bet 80's models from a u-pull would work.

If you use that self-locking nut, you will suffer. Regular nut and locktite.
