I have for sale a very good used Dodge Chrysler Plymouth Mopar 8.75 8 3/4 Powr lok 4 pinion Sure Grip Posi Carrier. This Unit is dated 3/7/68. It has all original internals in excellent condition. Nothing from China here. This unit has New Yukon Aggressive clutches in it. Everything is torqued down to factory specs using the Fsm. Red loctite on the case bolts. These are the very best clutch type posi you can get. And with these clutches you get as much lockup as having a spool. But no cornering problems. This unit requires 2 bottles of Ford friction modifier. It is bolt in ready. It has used National Bearings. I went a different direction on my build so I'm selling this. You Mopar Guys know how hard these are to find. If it doesn't sell I will keep it for a future project. 500.00 Shipped in the Us. I can be reached via Pm. Poms. Sold 1st come 1st served. No holds. Fits 741 742 489 cases. Get it before its gone!

I have a '67 Coronet 440 with a 273 V8/AUTO. Is this everything that I need to turn my current rear end into a "posi" rearend?

Yes it is provided you have an 8.75 rear axle. It would have a smooth back no cover.

The bolts for the pumpkin are on the front end of the rear end. I'm a little confused by your pics though. You show pics of parts but also have pics of the carrier. Is the carrier built and ready to bolt in, or do I need more parts to make this work?

BTW..............I apologize if I sound ignorant, but I don't know squat about them.

The carrier is built and bolt in ready. I was showing pics of the internals condition which is excellent. From what you posted you have an 8.75 rear axle. This carrier will turn your 3rd member into a posi sure grip one.
