On the Albuquerque, NM craigslist there is a guy with one, a 1942 he said. It is not specifically advertised but I've seen it. It's rough but saveable. I thought his price was a bit much but I wasn't looking for that specific item at time I found it nor had I seen what some others were asking for similar cabs. Search dodge trucks for that city and his ads show the location as Edgewood.
