dodge techs 2000 stratus batt light off and on

2000 stratus, the batt light comes and goes.. the alt was checked and ok, the batt tested ok, wiring looked ok, so far every thing looks good, charges 14.2 -14.5 volts with the dvom..I know the VR is in the pcm, but would that totaly stop charging/overcharging if the pcm was bad? also will the IAT/map sensor cause the light to go on off? No engine light, or codes, will a batt temp sensor do this as well, anyone have test info?

do you have acessories on when the light comes on ? i had a battery light come on in a car everytime the rear defrost was on ....maybe some circuit you migh be using has a short or excessive draw.
