does anyone sell slightly tilted ex manifold spacers?

A spacer wouldn't help. You can have it angle milled on a bridgeport type milling machine, and you will need to re spot face the bolt holes also

I took a pic then plugged the camera into the computer & I got the same as before, a solid black square covering 7/8 of the screen

Download the picture to a file and then attach the file to your post.

the pic wont show up it is just a black screen but I will play with it again. My tech skills are lacking. this is a thin racing steering shaft & the end where the coupler is welded to the shaft the coupler is significantly larger in dia & it is too close to the manifold

yeah it crossed my mind about the wrong angles. I am going to take my camera over there & take a pic but first I gotta line up some computer help

IF you have it angle milled, the guy doing it can easily spot face and redrill (at the same angle) the mounting holes.

I actually did something similar to the way you originally asked about. I milled and drilled some angled spacers for a set of custom headers..... but it only worked because the headers had the Stahl mounting pattern. Spacers bolted to the head, headers bolted to the spacers.
I don't see how that could work with stock manifolds.

Kim I ended up cutting the outlet flange several inches up at an angle then its being welded. I'll know soon when I get it if it clears the steering shaft but its looking pretty good. RR
