Recently I had a spare set of wheels painted to match the car and put dog-dish hubcaps on it. Prior to that I had the Bolt-thru wheel covers on it. Curious to what others think

The full wheel covers look good, what about comparing with "plain" dog dish? Looks like yours have the insignia?
I picked up rear steelies and looking to swap dogs from Cragars. Ours are 15"

i think it looks "right" with the dog dish, but the full covers belie what lurks under the hood. which the incognito pleases me greatly.

dog dish for the everyday and put on the full dress for shows.

I also like the don't mess me 70's 80's look.
The nice wheels on front (slots, 5 spoke, centerline etc) and plain black steelies rear.
The I got my good sticky larger race tires on look

Personally I like the painted wheels and dog dishes. I did the same thing to my 340 Notch years ago.

I normally hate full wheel covers, yours are less objectionable than most. (The lack of whitewalls with the wc's help). I'd still prefer the dog dishes.
If a person really wants to downgrade the performance image of a car (for sleeper purposes) I can't think of a better way than whitewalls and wheelcovers.

The dog dish are the correct ones for 67. The wheel covers have had the textured area redone (after the above pictures)

Man I guess I’m out in left field here but I think the full wheel covers look like a pep boys off the shelf deal for a Hyundai sonata. The dog dishes look BAD ***! If that were my car it wouldn’t have anything but the dog dish caps on steelies. Beautiful car either way though.

Dog Dish with painted rims...Monday thru Friday...Wheel covers Saturday and Sunday. It looks just as good to me both ways. Either way is a win win. The 67 convertible was a work of art. That top is exceptional with that shade of blue. We have one that is a bit darker blue with 14 inch Crager's with the blue center caps. It doesn't look any better than what you have there with either rim.
