This year at East Coast Drag Times Hall of Fame Reunion in Henderson, NC, Don Carlton's family will be there to accept the Ronnie Sox Memorial Award in his name. There will be five missle cars there that week-end, 71 Motown Missle, 72 Motown Missle, 73 Mopar Missle, 75 Mopar Missle (wire car) and 77 Macomb Missle.
Something new this year, there will be a panel discussion on Sunday morning at the award ceremony at Vance-Granville Community College which will discuss the developement of the Motown Missle cars, engines and changes from Super Stock to Pro Stock. The panel will include Tom Hoover, Ted Spehard, Dick Oldfield, Joe Pappas and others.
