Door Glass adjustment

Getting ready to install my sport mirrors so was lubeing up my window regulator and ended up with a few questions.

1. There is a bolt with a slot and a lock nut on it which from my playign seems like a stop of sorts. How do you correctly set this? My window rolls all the way up then requires an additional crank of the handle to seal it its not a nice firm stop.

2. The rubber bumpers at the upper front that keep the window from rattleing have worn out in my car, who makes these?

it's on the regulator assembly but I can't make out much else.

Best I can say is the bolt it shows going into the regulator although it does show the stops which I think need adjustment, as the window maxs out I can see the inner door flex.

The glass stabilizer rubber boots are worn out, does anyone make these?
