Door Interchangeability ?

will a 70-2 duster door interchange with a 70-2 dart swinger
i realize the glass is diff. but is the shell the same .

i will be picking up a rust free dart in a month and it has a damaged door , i already have a duster door from a 72 duster i parted .

They are diffrent internally and with diffrent regulators as I know of not sayin you couldnt modify it though

No. The door will bolt into place. But the front tracks for the glass are different. The guide strip for the front edge of the Duster attaches differently than the Swinger.

When I got the Demon, it had a Swinger door on the passenger side. After looking at what it would take to change it over, I figured I was money (and frustration) ahead to get a ventless door.
 
I am running 74 duster doors on my dart. I had to changed out the glass and guts, but they were in much better shape than my dart doors. It was worth the work.
