door latch

EZ, my body guy called today, left door latch has seen better days. Anybody know what interchanges? EZ has 1 off an E-body. I have found :read2:new ones, for a 68, my car is a 69. Can the parts be had to rebuild it? Any input would be greatly appreciated......
