Door panel identification.

I need to know what year/submodel this panel is. These weren't the original panels in my car. I'm needing a driver side to match my other three for my 67 Valiant.

I was doing an image search online and that's what I kept seeing too. Looks to be the same as on a 69 Valiant 100 too. I need one! Lol
