double hood scoop hardware needed

Hello peoples

I have purchased a pair of the dual hood scoops (original Mopar scoops that were available on a 1970 Dart) that came with no mounting hardware. Is there anyone here that can show me what the bolts should look like? That would be very helpful! Mine were delete of any bolts when I got 'em.

Maybe this picture will help... Does it look as though someone has installed some sort of plastic anchor in there? I don't know what size the holes are supposed to be, but it looks like someone tried to repair some stripped out holes with drywall anchers(?)

I think I will need to drill everything out and install some sort of custom bolts; kinda like carburetor studs? ,threaded on both ends? Maybe some epoxy?

Thanks, that's cool, but...

I cant tell if the factory style will work any more, due to what looks like the holes got stripped out at some time (?) and possibly had some sort of plug inserted into the hole. It just doesnt look factory to me, anybody have a pair of dual scoops sitting around that can take a look for me?

I think what you have is factory. The "plug" fits through the holes in the hood so that the scoops will set flat on the hood. I agree that you should get the stud and nut kit. You coud cheet and get simaular stud at the hardware store but I was afraid that they wouldn't hold.
