Hey guys getting ready to buy a set of Doug's for my smallblock duster and was wondering about the fitment problems if there's any. Also what has to be done as I'm using a 4spd.zbar mods????.and manual steering box .. I'd like to order these by tomorrow if not Monday so any info would be awesome thank you.. 410/4spd/8.3/4 rear

Is there an alternate z bar I can use seem I rather not cut and change angle of the one I have now .. Got it all back together and hits header like expected .i bent it a little to clear but some reason I have ZERO clutch pedal not getting full range of motion will the tti z bar work ? Also does clutch fork stay the same ??

I believe that a TTI z-bar will work, but modifying the existing Z bar isn't a big deal. The arm that sits .9" from the end (opposite of the clip), just gets moved to the very end of the bar and flipped so the stud is on the inside. The angles don't change, neither does the length of the arms. Everything else stays the same.

I'm about to do the same thing myself, I've got a set of Doug's for my Duster. It's now a 4 speed, and the headers will go on as soon as the 340 gets broken in...

Thanks sounds easy enough I knew it had to work somehow defi early rather fix for free them pay 100 buck for a new zbar .. Thanks again ill give this a shot tomorrow

Yeah the z bars are pretty simple. If by some chance you end up needing another one, I think I've got an extra laying around.

When I cut and flip do I stay in line with the old welds ?

Yes, you'll want to move the arm to the end of the z bar as shown, but you don't want to change how it's clocked on the bar
