Looking thru summit to get some 15x8 4.5-BS for my Duster and came to the lugs for this set up(1/2 x20 RH).
I was wondering what most of you were using for locking lugs?

Ill be getting the open racing lugs(http://www.summitracing.com/parts/wld-601-1426) for the majority of the studs, but I would like to keep the wheels on the car and get some locking lugs for the remaining four studs.

Only open locking I could find: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/mcg-24010/overview/

Close length/diameter but closed: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/mcg-23181/overview/

The 24010 won't work,a tapered seat lug doesn't fit Weld wheels. The second one(the 23181's),look good. Are you still running, stock wheel studs? Or have you gone to longer wheel studs?.

If you are running long studs I don't know of anyone who makes lock nuts for them, unfortunately. My racecar is locked down on my trailer most of the time, so I've never had a problem.

Tanks for the replies!

As far as the longer studs that would be a no, I'am still using the stock length studs atm.

The purpose of open lugs is so tech can see threads thru the lug. You need longer studs.
