You pop the corners off first. They are located where the long piece and the short piece (windshield) comes together. Now I've heard all different type ways to get it off but I found that if start at one end and carefully ROLL it off of the steel lip you're home free after that. I recommend wood wedges or teflon tools not metal screw drivers and things of that nature.
hmmm alls ive got are metal screw drivers. i perfected takeing the rear window and windshield chrome off with screw drivers without damaging it, now its the drip rail moldin im dreddin. if i aint too sore (from liftin bricks and bags of concrete today) tomorrow ill look at it closer and see what i can come up with
