When I bought my 74 Duster the driver side sport mirror had the glass siliconed in. When I took it apart, I saw that the cable that remotely moves the mirror was gone (laying inside the door). The mirror body and the glass piece, that I believe to be the original, are in perfect shape.
My question is, does anyone know where to get a new cable, or what ever parts I need to fix this?
The car is curently covered in about 2 feet of snow, but a.s.a.p. I want to get it ready to drive, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
