is there a special tool to remove the antenna bezzel - or whats the secret -

There is a special tool that fits in the notches, I've had good luck using a pair of needle nose pliers tips down each in a notch and twist with a screwdriver. Or if your going to replace it use vise grips to get it off. Either way spray it with some lube first.
