Dual snorkel black

Fixin to put a dual snorkel on my sons 74 duster and it needs to be painted, so what is the proper black color and where can I get or can I just have it mixed?

I belive it should be matte black. It's in between gloss and flat black.
Any good paint supplier should be able to mix it up for you.
I let the body shop do the painting on mine.
