Dumb tire size/type question

O.K., here goes one dumb question....well actually two!
What is the correct metric replacement tire size for my old E70R/14's?
Believe it or not, I STILL have those old tires on my Duster. Gotta break down and purchase some new ones this Spring.
That being said, now the second question. Any ideas what style/type tire for occasional weekend driving? It is a 75 Duster 318 with the original Rallye Road Wheels.

Something like a 205-70-14 would be a good replacement for an E70-14.

As far as what kind….. Take your pick, White Letter, White Wall, Black Wall…… Most of the tires in this size will perform relatively close to each other.
