Duster mirrors - what kind are these?

I would like to replace my stock 74 Duster mirrors with black ones like these: what kind are they? Anyone know where I can buy? Or buy ones like it? Can you adjust the mirror by pressing on it?

I should mention I don't want to drill new holes... or make any interior changes, just take old ones of and put new better looking ones on.

Look like bullet sport mirrors.

A body Sport mirror.
Adjustable remote mirror on the inside of the door.
Passenger side is manual adjusted, sometimes,remote.

They come in. chrome,or primered for paint. If painted, usually painted body color.

As stated above about the A body sport mirrors. They are VERY expensive to find a pair. May be better to buy one at a time.

Hard to tell from pic, but base doesn't look like a factory A body sport mirror....they look to me like the cheapo plastic eBay specials.....

If you look at the other pictures in the article you can see it's a rallye or sport mirror. I'm sure they are reproductions, but it does appear to have the right A-body base.

Seems to have a Demon tail light panel as well...
