Duster Rear Lower Quarters

Ok all the duster professionals, I have a question. From the very rear lower quarter panel where the side bumper meets the panel profile. Are the panels the same from a 1970 to 1973 but the difference is the side marker light cut out? Looking to replace those sections on a restoration but they don't make 1973 sections that go around that corner but they make 70-71 panels. Wondering if those will work but I will have to rework the marker light holes. Any help is great.

Just do away with the marker light holes by welding them up, then no worries about if the holes are right or not. Just my 2 cents
