Anyone know if you could get a blacked out hood and cowl area on a 1974 Plymouth duster twister, or was that only in the early years?

I think the classic industries piece is just the black pinstripe that outlines the body color raised center section of the hood. They do sell the same pot metal scoops for something around $450.
