E-85 race fuel

What all has to be replaced to run e-85 ii need to buy a new carb anyways I thought about quick fuels 1050 e85 I have 1/2" aluminum line but it's not coated and what about the el pump I have a holly blue thanks for any help.

need to get rid of paper filter...and go to screen style fuel filter.
