E-bay distributor

Anyone ever try one of those HEI distributors off E-bay? They eliminate the ECU, ballast, etc. completly. They are dirt cheap (as low as $59 bucks shipped). I have one on a SBC street rod and the thing has been great so far and the car runs like a raped ape! I would never of tried one but it came with the 31' Tudor Sedan and I am surprised. I am thinking of trying one for the Dodge but want to hear what others think. I don't need a race unit just a little mild street car for the wife to cruise-in.

Look through the link I provided, I think this is the one you speak of, I bout it new, and cheap, and it worked GREAT. It is still for sale if you need one...

Well, I'll let every know next week, I just ordered a unit less than $60 shipped to my door. It even has a red cap to match my motor and the new red wires I have had sitting on the shelf!
