Anyone put Challenger seats into a 1970+ A-body?

I have just that but the seats sit too low. Checking if anyone else has and remembers the dimensions of brackets they used (to compare to mine) before I fab my own.

70 a/b/e seat frames are same . foam & cushions different , tracks on e body are shortest height wise , a body are @ least 3/4-1 inch taller than e body tracks , b body are much taller than both . just shim them where they are most comfortable for your height & replace studs in tracks . swapping the tracks will be pricey using oem stuff unless youve got em already . get some lexan cutoffs from a local glass shop or plastic shop & make your own spacers , polycarbonate is easy to work with & wont compress.

I might be interested in swapping a set of B body tracks for a set that is shorter.
I have 72-74 B bodies and I'm really tall in the spine, and I need the extra inch of headroom!

The tracks I have look awfully short, though. Can't imagine where they get an inch from.

Take some pics next to a ruler and I'll do the same. Might be a few days...
