E Body Drum Brakes for a 68 Dart

Can we use Drum brakes, backing plates from an E Body 8.75 rear end? I am replace my 8.75 with a Dana and wanted to pull these and the the center chunk 489 with 3.23 Limited Slip for my sons Dart. I know I have to get new axles but just having these parts will be great...

Yeah you should be fine. AFAIK the brake backing plates on a 8.75 will bolt to any 8.75.

Yes I have them on my 67 cuda.
